If an internal error occurs it is usually logged in atlassian-jira.log

That many errors should point to one certain reason. Something could not have been loaded or the database connection could not have been established. So probably all errors atlassian-jira.log should point to the reason.

  1. Restart JIRA
  2. If it not helps, manage atlassian-jira.log for error messages.
