Hello - @LiquidezCorporativa

  1. Go to Jira Administration > Issues > Notification Schemes
  2. Find the Scheme associated with the project or projects that you want to change
  3. Under Actions > Notifications and 'Delete' the users that are getting notified for the "Issue Resolved" field

Thanks

I was wrong, I require you to send notifications in Problem solved

Then it sounds like you want to Add or Groups to be notified. Just click "Assign" and give the Issue Resolved some input to send notifications upon resolutions.

It is right! that's the requirement. See how it is configured, when creating it notifies, in the comment it notifies, but in solved and closed DOES NOT NOTIFY
