DVCS Multiple Repositories syncStatus sleeping

Recently two of our repositories in our github organisation are not transitioning issues and checking on the DVCS rest/bitbucket/1.0/repositories, shows that both of these repositories are in the ' syncStatus="SLEEPING" '

It looks like that has been broken for at least 3 days now.

- oAuth credentials are an Administrator, (and I checked the Webhooks and they are setup correctly)

- Webhooks are actively being executed. but Issues are not transitioning.

Some of the repositories in our org are being correctly triggered, but the ones that is marked as "SLEEPING" is not being transitioned.

We are using Jira Cloud.

Any help in the matter would be great.
