I have upgraded to 8.19.1 and now DVCS is not syncing. I have Sync failed errors and nothing in the logs.
I tried to reconect the account, the repos are loaded by sync fails.
Webhook is not created either when I reconnect my account.
This is fixed in the 8.20.x series of releases. We updated to 8.20.1 and it's now working for some repositories, but not others, this said, I see more fixes in 8.20.2.
