What exactly is this error ?

We had this error message when a user was browsing all the entries on a single issue in Tempo Timesheets. There's more than 59 years of total time logged on this single "internal issue" in Tempo.

I suggest you consult "Database monitoring" (Administation / System) if this happens again. You should see a peak there.

On our side, we had to reboot the virtual machine.

It's an error, taken out of context, so we don't know what it's referring to.

Generally, it means "something is taking up too much time while talking to the database", but without context, we can't really tell you a lot more.
