Dashboard artifacts after upgrade to 7.9.0

Hello

We have upgraded our JIRA software to the version 7.9.1 but after upgrading we cannot access with the URL to jira we have the following error  in the login page

Oops, you've found a dead link.

The URL was working befor upgrade

 You find bellow the message in the log file

I don't believe any of those debug statements or warnings are causing the issue. You will need to raise a support ticket with a support log at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
