I have upgraded my JIRA version to 7.2.4 and if I have a dashboard with special characters (like "Ações") the name is displayed with ? instead of the special characters.

The log doesn't give any error, and the same server on a different version (7.0.11) show them correctly. 


Is this a bug or a miss configuration?

I did a little more research and started JIRA with -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 and -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8. 


It solved the problem
