For the total number of issue count, I have used the JQL Query Project is not EMPTY
And for the linked application we have an option in jira cloud Application Links
How to find the Rest of the points in the cloud?

Y because One of our clients moving from cloud to server. We want to ensure that we have moved data successfully from cloud to server by showing the database statistics.

No, Atlassian removed the system information because you don't need this sort of stuff on a managed service.
The database statistics are also not going to be that useful - Jira Cloud and Server have been diverging for a while, and although number of issues is not a bad measure, a lot of the other stats you've listed may have different numbers in the database.
You really do need to plough through the admin screens manually to see what you have on Cloud and how to check that it has come across to server (Especially as some of it won't)
