Date format in JIRA report

Hi,

I create a JIRA created vs resolved report but the Date format is not correct.

May I know how to fix this?

The Date value can't be showed correctly. Instead is showed as a empty square.

The cause of this issue is system locale setting. My Pc is set as zh_TW.

Workaround to fix this issue is changing the System locale setting to en_US or force the locale in JIRA startup script.
