Date formats inconsistent in Jira after a synch between our Jira and the customer's Jira

Hello,

We have a tool called Jira2x developed by ourself, this tool is able to synchronize fields, comments, attachments, and even transition issues through states from our Jira instance to customer's Jira.

When we synch a Jira issue (Problem, Report, Change Request, etc) from one server to another, there is an inconsistent date formats, see screenshot attached. Do you know if there is a way to keep the same format in the dates in order to have a standarization on this fields?.

Last Export To Customer is a custom field (Date Time Picker).

Welcome to the Community! Have you checked if the language settings are the same in the two Jira instances? According to this article, work item fields with dates and times, including Date Picker and Date Time Picker custom fields, are formatted based on your language preferences:
