We are reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with a former employee who created an organization within our Jira trial instance.
This individual is no longer with our company, and we are unable to remove their account due to the existing organization associated with it. We believe we have cleared all content within the organization and would appreciate it if you could verify that everything is ready for deletion.
Once confirmed, we are ready to wait out any necessary period before permanently removing the organization and all related data.
Could you also advise us on the correct process to completely remove the user and any remaining artifacts they may have created?

Community is not Atlassian support but mostly peers / fellow customers and we do not have access to delete organisations.
If you do not have access to perform the action in https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/ , the best is to contact atlassian support directly https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Please find details below
- since the user has left the org is better you contact the support here : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
- The team will check the user account and identity what orgs or any sites were associated with the user
- If required they can make one of you the org admin for these sites and orgs after validation
- this will help you them to remove and delete the sites and orgs under the user name
