Install Jira Software 7.3.9

Hello.

I want to install Jira 7.3.9. I don't know where to find the .exe. Instead I can fin an obr.

Can anyone explain where can I get the .exe or how to install it from the .obr?

I know I cab unpack it into jar... but how can I use that to install Jira?

please download the windows version from atlassian.com.
