Default Issue and Workflow Schemes

For some reason, starting a week ago every new project that I create, creates it's own issue and it's own workflow scheme. Before that, each new project would use the default JIRA schemes which is what we want. How do I get to work properly again. Now I have to manually change the schemes after I create the project.

Not that I'm aware of. I've been through most of the admin panels and haven't found an area to set the defaults back to the original settings.

Did you install any plugins recently, that might influence such behavior?
