Default watchers

Can you please assist I want to add users as default watchers for a specific project, without changing the default notification scheme for all the projects

 you can  use the following two plug-ins

You can also use the modify workflow configuration to add default watcher, or configure settings notification to automatically send emails to specific people when new issues are created.
