Is there any way to create a separate DoD per issue type (User Story vs. Defect) within each project? From what I've seen, I was able to create DoD for each project, but the same DoD appeared on bugs and USs. I need two separate sets of DoD for each issue type.

Our Smart Checklist for Jira add-on also allows creating separate DoD per issue type. You can create a template and make it default for your separate issue types, so once an issue of a specific type is created - a checklist template is added to it on-the-go. Here's how it works. Feel free to try it out and write in for any help!

Both Issue Checklist Pro and Issue Checklist Free allow you to specify the DoD checklist for each issue type separately.
