No. This is up to you as a team to define. I would suggest then posting it on the wall in your team area and/or including it in the team wiki.
However your GreenHopper board can reflect your defintion of done. E.g. you can have a review column if you include code reviews in your defintion of done, similarly a test column, etc.
Agreed. Also, some teams will post a Definition of Done and their Working Agreement (standup time, etc) on a Confluence page.

I know it is an old post but in case someone eventually looks for this ...
Personnally, we have tried pinning a Definition of Done (DoD) in front of the developers at their desk but it was not always a success. We eventually embedded it in their worklow within JIRA. They have a custom field listing the items of the DoD and must check them off when they complete them. They cannot resolve the issue until the DoD is completed. At least they are always reminded of it this way. Maybe when they will be used to follow the DoD, we will be able to remove the fiels.
