Definitive Guide to installation on a Plesk 12+ server - Please!

I am trying to get JIRA running on a plesk 12 server on a subdomain served froma Plesk controlled vhost.  Tomcat and Java were installed (latest versions) and JIRA was installed through the command line with no problems - apart from not being able to view it in a browser.  Is there a definitive simple step by step guide anywhere?  I can see bits and pieces but nothing actually useful.
