Hello, I want to delete my Fix Version and Priority Field from Features and Features Dependencys already created in Jira. I fixed everything on Screen and Field configuration level , so they do not appear anymore if I create new Features or Dependencys. But that s not the matter, since i want to delete them from the already existing Features and Dependencys.......will it work only by deletingv values of this fields ? I does not work via Screen or Field configuration.....

Ok, I've made a mistake.   It's been a long long time since I last looked at doing this with priority, and it seems to have changed.  You can not remove the default setting any more, so a priority will always be set, even if you hide the field in the field config.

Sorry!

(You're ok for versions though, you can still blank them out)

Yes, the system still displays content for system fields even if you remove it from the field configs.

You will need to blank them out in the issues.  I'd filter for "project = x and priority is not empty" and bulk-edit the values to a blank (and repeat for versions)

ok, but than i will have to change default value of Priority Field, since this is B2-Major now, so I can not leave Priority field value empty since it will be automatically filed with B2 Major.....

i now just set a new priority called "None" that also worked. But for Fix Version i do not have this option, so i think i will have to write a Script to clear this field values ......

Excellent.  You should be able to bulk-edit to clear out versions, but a script might be easier as you won't run into any "can't clear it because the issue is not editable" issues.
