Delete a subscription but the jira still appear

Hi Team,

I recently deleted a subscription for a product domain that I just add but it's still showing in the overview the admin jira an jira software for this domain.

They're not there under billing but they show in the overview.

could somebody assist me please.

Try the following:
Click on Manage Apps;
Check if the app is still in the list of apps in the environment;
If yes, click to expand the app and click "Unsubscribe" or "Uninstall" if you want to uninstall.
