Delete transitions not reflected in workflow buttons in Issue

Hi,

I did some refactoring for my workflow.

I used to have many customised transitions but decided to change to have the permissions to move all to all.

In my workflow, what I had is:

- Statuses with custom transitions

What I did:

- Delete custom transitions and "Allow all statuses to transition to this one" for all

- Rename some statuses from the status edition in System Admin

Problem >> in my individual issues:

- I can still see the custom transitions in the workflow options (button on top, below the summary)

- The renamed statuses are not renamed correctly (note that it is updated correctly in the Workflow)

Can you please tell me what I should do to see the changes in my issues?

I'd like to re-index the project, but can't find the option in the new design...

maybe you did not publish the workflow changes. Can you please check, if you did that.
