Hey Guys,
i've got one question. I have one workflow scheme without any projects. It's not possible to delete this workflow scheme. Does anyone has an idea?
Both schemes are using the same workflow.
Hi @Jan Moeller ,
I guess you already know that, but as long as your workflow or workflow scheme is active you can not delete it (or at least I haven't found a way to delete any of these unless they're inactive).
Since both the old and the new workflow scheme use the same workflow, which is active as well, you're not able to delete it. It's a bit of a chicken-egg-problem. In our instance every workflow scheme directly moves to inactive as soon as we a) delete the connected workflow or b) assure that the respective workflow is inactive.
Hope this helps and is understandable, if not, feel free to ask me again, I'm sure I can help.
All the best and a nice weekend in advance,
Sebastian
I encountered the same issue today. I have quite a few workflow Schemes that do not have any project assigned to them. If I look up the workflows, they are not assigned to any further schemes then the one that I want to delete, either. They remain active.
Hot can I make the workflow inactive? These workflows are only assigned to a scheme which is itself not assigned to any project.
It is driving me crazy :D

I think I've found the issue. If you have recently deleted a project, it stays in your trash. You probably have to delete it from the trash as well for the link to properly disappear.

Hi @Etienne Noel that was exactly my problem. Also got this feedback from the support in parallel. Thanks though!
