Random question, had a ticket we deleted in our queue, and the ticket is still showing up.
When you click on the ticket ref, it says this ticket was deleted etc, but the ticket itself still shows up on our total tickets page.
Any idea how to stop it showing up?

I don't know how/why this happens... But it happened to me too.
I did a Project Reindex, and the deleted issue went away.
