Is there a way of deleting/resolving multiple tickets in JIRA?

Hi @Laura Hoddinott

Yes. 

  1. Perform a JQL search.
  2. Select Tools > Bulk Change.
  3. Select the issues you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.
  4. Select Transition Issues or Delete Issues.

Hi,

You can bulk transition or bulk delete tickets from the issue navigator. You have a tools menu item at the top right and then you can choose bulk change. If you can't do this, you may not have permission to do so. If you're an admin you can go to "Global Permissions" and give the bulk change permission.
