Which JIRA Version are you running? JIRA 6.7 requires 6.3 and above. Otherwise you might want to drop in an issue into support.atlassian.com

It is running on JIRA version 6.4.6. (JAVA 1.8) so the JIRA version should support this Agile package.

Do I need another package for CheckHelath?
