Hi community! We have Bitbucket integrated with Jira, and everything seems to be set up correctly. We have branches and commits linked to tickets, and the integration shows up as expected on individual tickets. However, the Deployments tab in Jira is empty. Does anyone know what could be causing this or any steps we might be missing?

Thanks in advance for your help!"

Hi @Enikő Csókási

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The deployment is only linked if the commit associated with it includes the issue key (Jira Key) in its commit message.

Please refer this: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/To-have-an-issue-with-a-linked-deployment-do-I-need-to-have-a/qaq-p/2254581

Thank you,
Ashish

Hello Ashish,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, commits contain the issue Key.

What else should I check?

Thanks a lot! Eniko
