We have recently purchased an unlimited license, which was acquired by our corporate team. Unfortunately, we don't have the account information which was used to get this license.
Now we would like to start on this by setting up the development instances first. Please advise us on the procedure to acquire dev instance license in this case.
I'd email sales@atlassian.com, explain the situation and see if they can help you. Typically you get access to dev licenses and other license related information through my.atlassian.com, but if you don't have access to that, then you'll need either the Customer Service or Sales team to help you.
