Did the 10/25 update accidentaly remove the sprint and backlog buttons?

The buttons are gone. Also what is the strange megaphone icon for that just hangs it up when clicked. The complete sprint button is also gone. Who released the wrong code?

The hot keys '1' and '2' still work to open the backlog and sprint view.
