I received a password reset request but I did not receive an email from jira Security request from your admin Your admin wants you to set a new password before you log back in. We will send the password reset link to your email address:

Hi @Nghiêm Thành Welcome to the Atlassian community!!

The password reset was probably requested by your Org admin using these steps if you have a managed Atlassian account.

If you have an unmanaged Atlassian account, then someone else might have tried resetting your password. 

Can you share what message you expected and if your account is managed or unmanaged?
