Different Projects but sprints are getting sync

In 2 different projects, we are having two different sprints, but they are getting inter-linked. This is causing lot of confusion while viewing the backlog of projects. The effected  parts are Sprint name/sprint duration/sprint goal.

I had figured it out temporary solution,

If we change the default sprint(sprint 1, sprint 2, sprint 3,..) name to different name.

for example Project 1 ; sprint3 we should change the name in Project 2: sprint4

but, I need permanent solution

Could anyone provide me a solution

what do you mean by 'inter-linked'?
