Different labels for different projects

Hey, 

Is it possible to view only part of the labels per project instead of the all label list? 

for example: if my Jira labels list includes: Paris, London, Amsterdam, Berlin

and in my project labels list, I'd like to see only: Paris, London.

No, that defeats the point of having labels at all.

If you wish to restrict the list of labels people can add, then use a multi-select custom field instead of labels.

unfortunately I haven’t come across a solution using labels.

have you thought about a custom field? or using a component instead?
