Disable email notifications from a specific user

Hey Guys,

I have a scenario where a specific user is going to do a bulk update(sequentially) on some 500 jira's. We want to disable emails notifications, when this user updates all the JIRA's.

Please let us know if there is a way in JIRA to do that.

Ask them to look for and untick "send emails during this operation" as they go through the bulk-edits

And where can I find this option ?? Is this available within the user profile ?
