Disconnecting Jira from AD

Hi, I am working with an existing installation of Jira that is connected to an Active Directory for it's users. However, the current domains is being decommisioned and when the domains is taken offline no one is able to login to Jira. Is there a way to allow the users attached to AD to login even when the domain is offline?

Hi, you will have to migrate all AD users/groups to local users/groups. There currently isn't an automated way to do this. Follow this ticket for more information. You will need to do this manually.
