My Requirement is to display the notes i have added to a confluence page in the JIRA ticket. Is this a widget option or an API that i can use to fix my requirement.

I have added a couple of tags that might help your question be seen by more people.
My quick look in the Marketplace did not reveal any apps designed to make Confluence information visible in Jira - they are all the other way around.
