Display count of users in a project on dashboard.

I want to create a project wise list in dashboard to show only the count of active users and issues. No elaborate list of users. Just a list of projects and the user count.

Welcome to Community :) 

There is no possibility to add a gadget of such kind to a dashboard as user management is limited to Organization/Site Administrators.

I just found a third-party app called User Management by Toros which might help here and https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=user%20active%20inactive

or you may export users from the site and kind of create a details in execel

I am not aware of a way to do that for users. You might could do that through the API somehow, but I don't know what that would look like or if it is possible.
