I'm trying to create a restricted panel, for users only with a certain group or a specific role.
I have created others groups, but only can select the "default": administrators, jira-administrators, jira-core-users, jira-software-users, site-admins. How can I do to be able to select the new group I created?
On the other hand, we can also give access to specific roles, but only can select “administrators” and not the others, do you know how can I add the custom roles that I created?

Groups in Jira Cloud are created in the User management functionality.
Go to: User management / Groups. When creating a group, make sure that you are a member of this group too. Also make sure that this group has the Product access.
After you create this new group in User Management, AND you are a member of this new group, you will be able to select it during the Dashboard configuration.

If you want to add access to your dashboard based on project roles, you need to be a member of these role. Go to Jira project settings, people, and yourself to roles that you have configured
When it is done, you will be able to select these roles in dashboard configuration
