Do I need to backup my OnDemand JIRA instance?

Hello,

I am managing an OnDemand JIRA + Confluence instance and I was wondering if it was safer to make some backups from time to time. I just need to make sure I can't lose my OnDemand content. Anyone can tell me about the good practices in terms of backups for OnDemand? Thx

Hi Raphael,

An offline backup never hurts but Atlassian keeps complete backups for On Demand.

But if you want to be absolutely sure you could simply generate your own offline backup too.
