Do we need "Better Excel Exporter" plug in for Jira Cloud ?

My organization is planning to move from JIRA server v8.0 to JIRA Cloud.

So we have been analyzing the add ins which we might need in JIA Cloud as well.

We have "Better Excel Exporter" plug in  for our current server version and would like to know if we would need something similar in JIRA Cloud.

I'm the lead developer of Better Excel Exporter.

If by "need" you wanted to ask if the functionality provided by this app for Jira Server is available without the app for Jira Cloud, then the answer is that Jira Cloud doesn't have a native and polished Excel export feature. In that sense, you will "need" our app also for Jira Cloud.

I am happy to tell that we have released Better Excel Exporter for Jira Cloud last week!

Now you can go and install it from Atlassian Marketplace. (We were busy with it for many-many months and it's pretty awesome, actually.)
