In fact, one of our clients is currently using CA Endevor as their software code change management solution for the mainframe environment. Thus I just want to know if Atlassian(JIRA) can integrate into Endevor that can replicate the Stash/FishEye-Crucible/Bamboo(Source code mgt tool)  functionality in a CI/Devops environment.

Kindly advise please.

If there's nothing in the marketplace, then the answer is "probably not".  You'll need to define what you want from "integration" and then we can probably get you started on building something.
