Does Atlassian provide a service to advise and train small companies in the use of collaborative SW?

I work for a small business that is disorganised and poorly equipped with collaborative software. I personally use Trello and Slack with some of my colleagues to organise projects but we desperately need (I think) general scheduling and project management SW. My boss currently uses an Excel spreadsheet for scheduling multiple projects and our crew booker also uses a very basic Excel sheet. It's all terribly clumsy. The problem is, we don't have anyone on staff who has the time or expertise to select and introduce suitable software and work methods. What I think we need is someone to help us choose the right software and then assist us with its implementation. Does Atlassian provide any such service? I hope so...
