Hi ,

  • Does the CSV import copies the attachment file physically to target server or not?
  • What will happen if the source server goes down?

For Example:

I have a project 'A'  in Jira Cloud which have issues with attachments.

I have imported this project through CSV to a different account to a Project 'B' in Jira cloud.

What will happen if My account with Project A is down or expired or if the account is deleted? Can i still access the attachments in project B?

Thanks in advance,

Keerthi

Hi keerthi avadhanam,

You can still access your Project B, since Project A and Project B is created by different accounts.

It is like we both are uploading the files with same name, even when I delete my account, you still able to view your data. Because they internally change the file name based on user.
