Does JIRA 6.1.1 offer the ability to customize release notes

Does JIRA 6.1.1 offer the ability to show only resolved/fixed bug in the release notes and not "will not fix or Not a Bug". Meaning can we customize what is in the release notes?

Hi,

I believe to modify the JIRA release notes you need to find and edit the velocity template in the JIRA source. This requires knowledge of the plugin API. You also need to maintain the template when you upgrade JIRA.
