Does JIRA software alone help for trackign issues, release or we need to buy some other tools?

I am looking for required altassian products. very sure that we need JIRA software, time sheets .But how to mange the issues / bugs/ release of software.

JIRA software documentation says " it can be used for tracking issues, release" - now I wonder do I have to buy any other Altassian product and configure or only by purchasing JIRA software I will be able to do all these tasks.

JIRA software can be surely used for tracking issues. By 'release' , you can mark the issues as released. with fixversions associated

as @Fazila Ashraf said, Jira can be used for that without purchasing additional Atlassian products or apps. This video shows some of Jira Software's feature which are all possible without requiring additional software.

Of course, if you manage your source code (assuming you build software) in bitbucket, you can benefit from integration with Jira - same is true for the other Atlassian tools like Confluence & Bamboo for example.
