I am trying to show a suggested format on our bug screen, which I would like it to be read only. I have added that field but cannot set the default value to show.
There was a post from 2016 - that says to install a Jira Tool kit. Is that still the case now or is it now available as part of Jira Cloud.
For now I have added a list with single item - which is read only.
Any suggestions?

read only text format from what I read it says it needs a tool kit plug-in. I was looking to find if that is still required? I did add the read only text field but it does not show up on the screen. I think this for Atlassian dev to set in the code.
