I would like to know if there is a standard "connector" or API which can be used to connect ServiceNow to Jira.
@Steve there are plenty of options that allow you to connect the two. Hope you've already found one that works for your use case. Just a quick suggestion - next time you have to make this integration you might want to check out ZigiOps.

There isn't a standard connector as such.
You can utilise the Jira API to create a connection between the two or you can look at additional add-ons that provide functions such as syncronisation.
