Does Jira "Time Tracking" settings affect the calendars in Service Desk?

Good day

I want to change the working hours on software projects to 6 hours per day on the Time tracking screen (.../secure/admin/TimeTrackingAdmin.jspa).

Will this affect the calendar hours in Jira service desk which is used for Team Goals (SLA) (.../servicedesk/admin/ISD/sla/custom/7)?
