×In Jira Service Desk (Cloud) Change Management workflow, does actual start date and actual end date change automatically when status of Change ticket is changed to Implement and Completed respectively. If not, do we need to use Jira automation to change start and end dates?

This is an interesting use case. Based on my experience, the fields are not automatically updated on a change of status for a change ticket.
But having said that, it is possible to create an automation rule which will help you achieve this.

@Anu Ganesan the change duration is being calculated based on the planned dates. The actual duration may vary depending on how the implementation goes.
