Does anyone been disconnected and can't reconnect to Testrail

I use to have the connection set up from JIRA to testrail and today Jira cannot connect to it and got an error message.

Has anyone else seen that?

I am on Jira Server, so this may not be the issue for you, but I also got disconnected today and had to redo the Jira integration from within the TestRail admin area. That worked for me.

thanks for your answer, I have done it as well and it worked - something must have been updated in JIRA so it broke it.
