Hi all
I'm trying to replace a large number of static excel reports which are created from large exports of Jira data, which allow us to find all issues reported by a customer in a given version and report by the number of critical and major issues for each of those customers
I have a number of abstract queries like that, all of which can be displayed via JQL but the moment you put them into a two-dimensional filter the sorting goes out the window. Likewise, being able to group by numbers of results for each customer would be useful
Even is there's a series of reports we can use that would avoid the need to mine data manually, that would help a great deal
Any thoughts?

If Excel is your preferred tool to tackle this, check out the Better Excel Plugin.
This can do all the sorting, grouping and data manipulation on your JIRA data that is supported by Excel. Even better, it allows creating pivot tables and pivot charts easily.
