Does anyone know of a way to force the new JIRA design?

I had it on a project I worked before, but the new one does not have it and I hate the old look now.

@[deleted], are you asking how to enable the new UI? If so, you should see the option to enable via clicking on your profile picture.

in Cloud it is right there odd that it isn't for server. Maybe you are on a version of server that does not have it?
