Does exist way to make bulk change in BigPicture

Hello,

is there a way how to assign group of Basic tasks in BigPicture? Or do some other bulk changes over the Basic Tasks.

BigPicture doesn't provide a built-in feature specifically for bulk changes directly within its interface, especially for tasks within the BigPicture modules.

Bulk actions are generally performed in Jira, and then BigPicture will reflect those changes since it syncs with Jira issues.

Here’s how you can typically handle bulk changes that will affect BigPicture tasks:

1. Bulk Change in Jira:

• Go to the Issues search in Jira.
• Use JQL (Jira Query Language) to find the group of issues you want to change.
• Select the issues, then click on Bulk Change (you can find this option at the top of the search results).
• Go through the bulk change wizard to make the desired changes (like assigning issues, changing statuses, updating fields, etc.).
• Once the bulk change is completed in Jira, BigPicture should automatically sync and update the tasks within its modules accordingly.

2. Automation in Jira:

You can set up automation rules in Jira to apply changes to issues based on specific triggers or criteria. This can be useful for recurring bulk changes.

3. BigPicture Automation:

For some specific actions related to project management, BigPicture has an Automation module (available in BigPicture 8 and above) where you can set up rules for certain actions based on triggers within the BigPicture environment.

4. BigPicture API:

For very advanced use cases, you could use the BigPicture REST API to make changes programmatically. This would require development effort and is not a simple user operation.

5. ScriptRunner or Other Add-ons:
